At the Overtime Training Center, the goal for the strength and conditioning program is to provide an atmosphere that is second to none in developing the overall athlete as well as the person.
Today’s athlete must have great levels of strength, power, endurance, and flexibility. An integrated program of strength training, flexibility, speed, power and proper nutrition is the best formula to improve performance. Our objective is to improve the functional capabilities of each athlete and decrease susceptibility to injury so they can reach their ultimate athletic potential.
