Overtime is committed to training and mentoring the students to reach their individual excellence
in the sport of wrestling, as well as developing a student's confidence, leadership, self-discipline,
and a strong work ethic for success in life.
The plan and vision for the program and students at the Overtime School of Wrestling is one that will unfold over time, just as the process of creating champions takes dedication, hard work, and time.
The structure is in place to mentor students as they develop into their individual excellence as a wrestler, whether that be guiding them through learning the fundamentals or advancing the technique of a current state or national champ.
The goal is always to build solid technique and competitive mental composure that will enhance a driven wrestler's success at any level and prepare exceptional wrestlers for success at the college level and beyond.
"Sean Bormet worked with me as my coach at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, where his guidance on technique and physical tactics and competitive mentoring helped me achieve success at the highest level in college wrestling. Sean's philosophy on wrestling is based upon calculated intensity and continuous learning that leaves opponents in the dust. His work with me throughout my college career greatly enhanced my mental and physical toughness both on and off the mat and helped me to continue wrestling at the elite level."
