There are two periods during which new students are welcome to apply for enrollment at the Overtime School of Wrestling:
- High School Winter Enrollment - Begins January 1
- Kids (Senior/Novice) Winter Enrollment - Begins January 1
- High School Summer Enrollment - Begins July 1
- Kids (Senior/Novice) Summer Enrollment - Begins July 1
Please be aware that program enrollment is completed by application only. Application for enrollment of new students is not done at any time other than January and July.
Many current students renew annually and class sizes are limited (quality control), so we typically receive more applications for enrollment than we can accommodate. As a result, not all enrollment applications and/or desired program selections may always be accepted.
Please follow these instructions when filling out the application forms
1. The online application must be filled out completely.
2. An active and valid e-mail address must be entered on the application to successfully submit your materials.
3. Please be patient while all enrollment materials are reviewed and program acceptance and placement is decided. All enrollment status letters are emailed out within approximately two weeks after the end of the new student enrollment period, which is around February 15 for Winter Applications and around August 15 for Summer Applications. Inquiries about enrollment consideration criteria, phone calls regarding enrollment application status, and so forth will not be returned during this two-week period while we consider applications.
4. If a student is accepted into the Overtime School of Wrestling, notification of enrollment status into one of the programs at Overtime will be sent via e-mail, along with an enrollment contract and waiver form. These are to be signed and returned with a deposit, auto-pay form, or payment for full tuition.
It is important that the contract, waiver, and payment are returned promptly to the Overtime mailing address within 10 business days of receipt of the e-mail containing the enrollment materials. If these are not returned to the Overtime mailing address within 10 business days, the student may lose their spot and no longer be eligible to enroll.
